About Dragon Dreaming

Presented for the first time in Romania in 2014, Dragon Dreaming offers methods for the realization of creative, collaborative and sustainable projects and organizations, built upon three principles:

  • personal growth – commitment to your own healing and empowerment
  • community building – strengthening the communities of which you are a part
  • service to the Earth – enhancing the well being and flourishing of all life

Dragon Dreaming is a living system approach, inspired by Australian Aboriginal culture and the latest scientific theories that enables us to build successful projects and organizations for the Great Turning to a Life Sustainable Culture. It is an integral design philosophy that includes every aspect of our lives built upon participatory democracy, ecological sustainability and social justice.

Dragon Dreaming serves individuals, organizations and communities, in developing outrageously successful sustainable projects, using the powers liberated from our collective intelligence in such a way, that all participants are able to identify themselves completely with the project. Dragon Dreaming projects serve the well being and flourishing of all life, strengthen the communities of which we are a part, and through personal growth, encourage the discovery that we have potentials greater than we know.
During the four project stages of Dreaming, Planning, Doing and Celebration, a playful approach is used in order to access our full collective wisdom. It draws inspiration from Australia’s aboriginal people, the latest scientific discoveries, Living Systems Theory, and Deep Ecology.
The process gives high value to every stakeholder’s deepest visions and motivation, so our collective synergies can unleash their full effect.

Dragon Dreaming is intended for all individuals, entrepreneurs and innovative organizations seeking to grow with your projects, on a “win-win” culture.
